Mark Rutte takes over as new NATO chief, dismisses Trump’s concerns




New NATO chief Mark Rutte took over leadership of the military alliance from outgoing NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg at a ceremony in Brussels on Tuesday. In his acceptance speech, Rutte downplayed fears of the impact of a potential Donald Trump victory in the upcoming US presidential election and pledged to hold Ukraine back.
