Minor died crossing the English Channel to Britain, French officials say
Maritime authorities pulled several dead, including a small child, from a boat and airlifted another would-be asylum seeker to hospital on Saturday. Around 47 undocumented migrants have died trying to travel from France to the UK by boat this year.
