“Today I was collecting the ashes of my Gordita, I thought my soul was tired of crying and I was wrong, I couldn’t hold back the sea of tears when they gave me that little mahogany chest that I pressed tightly to my chest. because I felt that after many days I had her by my side I spoke to her again to tell her that I fulfilled what I promised her 28 years ago to be by her side until the end yes I spoke to her , because it is the only tangible thing I have left of her, that little mahogany chest, there are the ashes of her body, what we are physically, what we see, because the intangible, what we felt for each other, the feeling that we often did not need words, but a simple look, a gesture, or a hug, and everything that I valued about her, the joy, the happiness that inspired those who knew her, all of that, it won’t even fit in the biggest chest in the world 👍🥹🥹🥹🥹 Too much i miss you love ❤️❤️ 😢”.
The couple’s son David Polanía also commented on his father’s publication, who showed him support and love in this difficult moment. “Nice words, Dad. It will always accompany us: in flowers, colorful landscapes, nature, light, etc. I love them without limit,” wrote David.
